This page covers boostmindset.org only. Each of the five apps has its own privacy policy covering the data it holds, linked from its own site.
What this site collects
Two things, and only when you choose to send them.
- The forms. If you fill in the contact form, the programs enquiry or the digest sign-up, we receive what you typed: your name, your email address, your organisation and role where the form asks for them, and your message. Those forms post to HubSpot, which we use as our CRM, and the submission creates or updates a contact record there.
- Basic analytics. Page views and referrers, so we know which pages are useful. No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking, no profiles sold to anyone.
What we do with it
We reply to you. If you asked about a programme, we follow up about that programme. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to unrelated mailing lists because you used the contact form.
Who else sees it
- HubSpot stores the form submissions as our CRM.
- Vercel hosts this site and processes the requests that serve it.
Both are processors acting on our instructions. Nobody else receives your details.
How long we keep it
Contact records stay until you ask us to delete them, or until they are clearly stale. Ask and we delete; there is no retention argument on our side.
Your choices
Email info@boostinnovation.ca to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. One inbox, one business day. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection apply and this is how you exercise them. If you are in Canada, the same request covers your PIPEDA rights.
Children
This is a marketing site for adults: coaches, parents, officials and programme administrators. We do not knowingly collect information from children here. The apps themselves handle minors' data under their own policies and their own consent flows.
The apps
Anything you do inside Coach Mindset, Parent Mindset, Mindset Reps, Official's Mindset or Pickleballer is governed by that app's privacy policy, not this page. Each is linked from its own site, and each is the authority for its own data.
